I retract my vote for Zoe, on the grounds that she would ban Ger before banning Canadian Panzer.
I wouldn't ban either of these people, banning should be left for those who are spam monsters, and the seriously criminally insane.

I think you are forgetting that here the administrator is not an empty suit filled with the likeness of man yet in reality is a meth addict. sO, moderators don't need to ban, since they can't and don't on any other board, just control things when they get out of hand.
And as was pointed out banning need not be necessary since if people won't 'behave' in the loosest sense of the word they can be banned for realz by the living sentient Admin as many times as needed, mods can delete/procribe their alts as needed until the Admin can ban them again.
Now, if you'll excuse me I need to do something odd to offset that near coherent stream of consciousness.
