Today Kucinich personally told Tucker Carlson that he wants people to vote for him in the "first" ballot however in the second ballot, IF, Kucinich does NOT break the 15% necessary vote threshold after the first voite then he wants his supporters to vote for Obama in the second ballot. This is the actual caucus vote and NOT the "opinion poll" results.
