Yes, I've been asked to leave yet another board, this time with threats of legal action. That leaves my own board, a board where I severely censor my posts, and the colboard. Come to think of it, I severely censor my posts on my own board too. And even at the colboard I get handslaps for being me. But I'm sticking there, I don't care. And now it's down!

I love slam poetry! Of course that guy who wrote What a Teacher Makes is awesome. I just missed being able to see him perform in a slam poetry "show?" once.

For dispensing medical advice online without the benefit of a doctor's license.  I get better results than any doctor out there! And I'm always careful to warn about drug interactions, etc., and to check with your doctor about medical conditions.

I don't see how one could be sued for exercising their right to be 'heard' nor be sued for giving medical advice online since it's general knowledge among people with brains that a diagnosis cannot be made over a computer.
If the board had specific rules about not giving ANY medical advice then they'd be within their 'rights' to ban you but to use that the basis for it is BS, still it is their board and they can do whatever they want, rules backing them up or not.
