I strongly hope that you take this message into consideration. The website needs to be updated and I am sure that you have received many other messages discussing this same issue.

That link as of 4:15pm PDT 18 January 2008 is 'down' (404 error)
Drop the x off the end and it's also 'down' (has a coded error in the frame)

Copy and paste it, then delete the ".aspx" from it.
